Services Offered
Therapy services are designed to meet your needs. A free 15-minute consultation is offered to see if we will be a good fit. An assessment is done prior to therapy to ensure that you feel heard and a direction and goals for therapy are set to meet your needs. The course of therapy is monitored each session through a process called "feedback-informed care", which is associated with better outcomes and more satisfied clients. Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is tailored to address problems in a safe, confidential, respectful atmosphere. Cost is $120 / hour session.
Consultation Services
Consultation for therapists, programs and community services is available. Cost is dependent upon the needs of the client.
Supervision for Clinicians
Supervision services for prelicensure clinicians is available. I have 15 years of supervision experience in a variety of settings. Call to discuss your needs.
Relationship Counseling
Relationship counseling entails identifying problem areas and developing specific strategies to clarify goals in the relationship and develop effective means of communication, developing intimacy, and problem-solving.
Cost is $120 / hour.
Community Education
Presentations and education is available for community and program needs, especially in regard to substance abuse and mental health issues.
Coaching
Feeling stuck in your life in some area? Coaching offers personal development aimed helping you find your strengths to develop in areas you choose.
